In 2025, the team behind Sindarin decided to focus on solving one of the biggest problems in the Pet Care Industry as FetchDesk AI.

Every pet owner has called their pet resort and vet, only to get a voicemail or unskilled staff member.  For pet resorts and vet clinics, the customer relationship is built on trust and quality, but regardless of business size, every single pet business struggles with the same key problems. 

1. They miss a ton of phone calls and even when a staff member does answer, they were not GREAT at explaining the company story, how the business is different and converting calls into loyal customers. 
 

2. For the customers who have up-coming appointments, staff have to hound the local vets to get updated vaccination records.  And when the vet doesn't provide the vaccine records in-time, the business has to turn away customers, creating a loss of revenue  and a terrible customer experience.
