Pricing

We have a transparent pricing model where you pay for what you use at .20c per minute.  The pricing for our FetchDesk AI Agents, there is a clear ROI; it's less expensive than a traditional front desk staff member and has better than human results at improving average revenue per pet. 

Where you would traditionally pay your front desk staff $12 to $15 an hour (some of which they might be on social media or chatting with other team members) , with FetchDesk AI you are only paying for talk-time.  The average time it takes a front-desk staff to book an appointment is 3 minutes.  So, if you only have 10 calls answered by FetchDesk AI, then you would only pay $6. 

 

The below pricing packages are estimates based upon typical call volume and talk time for the facilities across the US, but you can estimate your costs based upon your actual call volume.
